Cancellations & Refunds
At Sturdy Ventures, we maintain transparency and professionalism. However, as per HomeLane's policies, once the booking amount (5% of order value) is paid, it is non-refundable.
Please Note
Early Cancellation
Cancellation after booking but before design finalization is not eligible for a refund.
Post-Design Cancellation
After the 45% design-stage payment, the project enters production and no cancellations will be allowed. No refunds will be provided.
Remaining Payment Liability
Customers who cancel after Stage 2 are still liable to pay the remaining 50%.
Special Circumstances
In Case of Delivery Discrepancy
If the delivered products do not match the quotation in quantity or model, missing items will be resent by HomeLane at no extra cost.
Warranty-Backed Replacements
Any valid manufacturing defect within warranty will be repaired or replaced as per HomeLane's policies. However, no refunds will be issued in such cases.
