Important information about our services and policies
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all interior service transactions between Sturdy Ventures and the Customer, where Sturdy Ventures operates as an authorized dealer of HomeLane in Shimoga.
Key Terms
Service Offerings
All interior solutions are provided using HomeLane's standard offerings, with optional Custom Offerings from Sturdy Ventures.
Payment Structure
Payment is split into 3 stages:
- •Booking Amount (non-refundable): 5%
- •Post Design Finalization: 45%
- •Pre-dispatch (After Production): 50%
Minimum Order Value
Minimum quote value must be ₹50,000.
Cancellation Policy
Once booking is made, cancellation is not allowed after Stage 1.
Product Warranties
Product warranties are applicable as per HomeLane's Warranty Policy (10 years on most core materials).
Installation
Installation is handled entirely by Sturdy Ventures.
Post-Installation Support
Any post-installation concerns can be addressed under HomeLane Care warranty provisions.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims must be raised within specified periods and will be validated with site inspection.
